# Linkedin May 2025 Posts

In May 2025 I recorded a series of informal LinkedIn reflections about language, audience targeting, value‑system shifts, trade‑off thinking, motivational mottos and community actions. I write these notes in the first person so they capture my personal reasoning and decisions.

I don’t like calling the users of the software I build users.

DeltaV doesn’t have users. They are founders. Or investors (later).

I narrow down the target audience – don’t build for everyone, folks.

Naming them might be the best lowest‑effort hack to seeing them as human beings whose behaviour you NEED TO understand to win.

Only other industry that calls its customers users is the illicit‑drug industry.

We’ve been living in a unilateral world. Everything starts with ‘me’ as the center and perception begins from there.

The world is changing and millennials are the first gen to see a full pendulum swing in the value system of the world. end to end.

Everything we were told in last 20/30 years will start feeling wrong in the next 5 years.

“Actions speak louder than words.” vs “The pen is mightier than the sword.”

SMALL SET OF USERS WHO LOVE YOUR PRODUCT

The phrase “SMALL SET OF USERS WHO LOVE YOUR PRODUCT” appears 24 consecutive lines on 2025‑05‑28.

Captured entry dates: 2025‑05‑10, 2025‑05‑28, 2025‑05‑29, 2025‑05‑30, 2025‑05‑31 (5 distinct timestamps).

I decided to rename “users” to “founders” or “investors”, focus on a narrow passionate cohort, adopt the Orbit Thesis mindset, and launch Founder Office Hours as a community‑building experiment.
