In June 2025 I posted a series of short, timestamped LinkedIn notes that capture my observations, advice, and philosophies for early‑stage founders and Web3 teams. The themes range from treating attention as a currency, to belief‑buying, founder conduct, high‑risk experimentation, decentralisation timelines, execution focus, community‑driven growth, valuation modeling, VC dynamics, and a narrow‑target product strategy. These posts informed several strategic decisions I later implemented.
I asserted that attention that doesn't convert is not worth it.
I noted that all attention is not equal.
I observed that beliefs follow prediction markets when they are that big.
I declared that we are moving from buying media to transparently buying beliefs.
I warned founders, never try to bullshit or bluff to the people you're trying to partner with.
I claimed that trust once broken is never repaired.
I said I'd pay 5x if I could get GPT's chain of thought and be able to fork it midway.
I highlighted that decentralisation cool: 2009-2020; decentralisation optional: 2021-2025; decentralisation must: 2025+.
I noted that only 5 Startup slots are left in Foundry [NYC 2.2].
I urged turning your community into a 5,000-person marketing engine instead of an ad‑budget sink.
