In January 2024 I shared three LinkedIn notes. On 2024‑01‑22 I posted a brief job announcement for a “Blockchain Developer”. On 2024‑01‑16 I announced a hiring push for a “WAR TEAM” to build a go‑to‑market (GTM) infrastructure for a large global VC in Asia. On 2024‑01‑08 I promoted the first episode of the “Tribe Mechanics” podcast featuring network scientist @katerinabohlec.
It is a full-time job though we will source freelancers and agencies coz already got too many clients to handle.
The WAR TEAM will be based in the VC’s Bangalore office, work directly with me, and receive training from experienced marketers.
The “Tribe Mechanics” podcast is intended to deconstruct community‑building “vibes” into measurable mechanics and proposes a framework for durable communities with attributes such as alignment, a 100‑year “affinity quotient”, a higher contributor‑to‑leecher ratio, balanced power, and a binding culture.
