In early February 2025 I ran a series of “Founder Office Hours” sessions for web3 founders, hosted by Monad. The invite‑only gatherings let founders demo their products, receive real‑time feedback, and join a private Telegram group if they commit to shipping weekly. registration links were shared via lu.ma URLs.

Demo 1 – AI‑powered OTC & P2P trading bot – the founder announced “MVP is dropping next week.”

Demo 3 – Solana‑based Yield Protocol – reported **200 users** with **60-70% retention**.

Access to the private Telegram group requires a commitment to “weekly shipping.”

I limited each slot to a handful of founders (4 slots on 20 Feb, 23 founders on 14 Feb) to keep feedback focused, and I encouraged founders to evaluate VCs the way founders evaluate other founders.
