Individualism <—-> Collectivism is the biggest debate today

While the West has seen material benefits of Individualism, a loneliness epidemic shows the need for collectivism

No one wants to work with people with conflicting values. That isn't diversity, that is inefficiency.

FAANG companies administer a psychometric test for Values if you join at C-Level (decision makers). Why? Because "diversity" of values increases coordination costs
