I posted on LinkedIn on 2026‑09‑30 reflecting on my shift from a tech‑AI‑engineering mindset to finance and accounting, crediting Ankur Sir for his approachable teaching style.

Coming from a tech, AI & engineering background, finance and accounting did not feel intuitive to me.

A balance sheet became a snapshot of business decisions.

Technology tells you what you can build. Finance helps you understand whether the business behind it makes sense.

I chose to focus on the *why* behind formulas, turning numbers into narratives rather than abstract symbols, and we celebrated the progress with a cake to reinforce community spirit.
