Most of our billion internet users have never paid a subscription for anything.

Given this low willingness to pay, I decided to adopt an advertiser‑funded free tier for AI agents in India, while also building a premium paid tier for users or enterprises that need ad‑free, guaranteed performance.

I predict we’ll need gyms for our brains too, once AI starts doing our knowledge work.

We created gyms because modern day work no longer required physical activity. Without exercise, our muscles atrophy.

adoption isn’t slow because the tech is early. it’s slow because the category is still being marketed to people who already believe in the vision, and those people don’t control the budget.

I explored an ad‑funded free tier for AI agents, where sponsors pay to have their answer selected by the user’s free agent, mirroring historic internet monetisation like search and social platforms.

there will be a paid agent that works for you, and a free agent that works for whoever paid to be chosen.

google search was free.

facebook was free.

jio gave away data in 2016.

I quoted the claim: “No human was involved in the editing process - @Palmier_io”.

I asked the community: “Is video editors gonna be cooked in next 5 years ?”.

The replica of @nikhilkamathcio is now available to everyone.

It was created by @ximihoque.

The service is promoted as a “second brain network,” letting anyone ask the model anything and receive responses that closely mimic the real @nikhilkamathcio.

In a recent discussion I noted that frontier AI models are being sold on capability alone, leaving buyers without a clear P&L line item to charge the expense to, which slows adoption.

Nobody in this thread is naming the seller side.

These models are sold as capability, so a buyer has no line on the P&L to charge them to.

A CFO can approve "cut claims handling cost 18%".

Nobody can approve "intelligence".
