I co‑launched The Foundery with Kishore Biyani in December 2025 as a venture‑builder that runs a 90‑day live‑build program at the Foundery Sanctum in Alibaug, Maharashtra. It is deliberately positioned as neither an accelerator nor an incubator.
The build rests on three pillars we call Story (brands and products for the Indian consumer), Speed (AI and technology) and Spine (capital, talent, operations and infrastructure to scale).
Mentors named include Vijay Shekhar Sharma, Kunal Bahl, Mithun Sacheti, Varun Berry, Rama Bijapurkar and Aakrit Vaish.
