Remote Work S Future

From x.com/nikhilkamathcio

I captured questions about whether cancer is becoming more prevalent or is simply being detected more often, and whether significantly higher density in cities could make cities cause cancer and buck the urbanisation trend. The post also asks whether work-from-home could lead more people to live in smaller towns. These are questions, not established findings or conclusions; the reply to @nikhilkamathcio contained only https://t.co/eRG0IaBkBw, while the questions included https://t.co/YYa2ZHaLe5.

On 2022-12-15, I said I had worked from an office every day for 18 years and that I, along with many people I knew, had adopted working from home. I saw substantial benefits in time saved on commuting and avoiding lacklustre infrastructure, and asked when the effects of WFH adoption would show up in commercial real-estate prices on the ground. In the quoted post, @nikhilkamathcio said flexible coworking spaces might benefit from interim ambiguity, while increasing WFH adoption was bound to affect long-term commercial-real-estate prices; those were his claims, not mine.
