I argued that “Busy does not equate productivity” and that “innovation is a product of diffuse thinking which kicks in when we are at leisure.” I also wrote, “We as a society need to stop valorizing a burn out culture,” linking that change to enhancing productivity. I offered no practical steps or way to measure the effect.
