I invested Rs 50 crore in Foodstories, the food lifestyle platform founded by Ashni Biyani and Avni Biyani; the Narotam Sekhsaria Family Office, an early backer, stayed in.
I made a second investment in KNAV, a US-based assurance, tax and advisory firm, after a first minority stake in 2024 through NKSquared.
about 1.82 crore Nazara shares changed hands at Rs 266 each (about Rs 486 crore in total, roughly 4.9% of the company)
Quant Mutual Fund and I picked up close to half the shares in a Rs 501 crore offer for sale in which the promoter, Hazel Infra, sold a 5% stake.
