On 2022-12-29 at 06:35 UTC, I described the executive assistant I was seeking as a “rockstar.” I wanted someone to manage businesses and investments, lead projects through to completion, work on maximizing budgets, and increase efficiency. I emphasized entrepreneurialism and diligence, along with strong writing, communication, and time-management skills. The post included https://t.co/6JdkWIA0kV but did not identify the businesses or investments, explain why I was filling the role, or give further hiring details.

A separate reply to @nikhilkamathcio invited people to reshare or tag potential candidates and explain their fit in 100 words. The reply welcomed someone who could grow with the right opportunities or a multipotentialite who enjoys doing various things; these referral comments are from the reply’s author, not my hiring announcement.

Another accompanying note described the opportunity as not a typical run-of-the-mill job, with room for growth, and said qualification, age, and gender did not matter. It gave CTC as 10–20 LPA and the application link https://t.co/8tnyJPT2Nm. The capture does not establish the employer, role title, location, deadline, or what the CTC includes.

On 2023-07-18, I announced a PR manager opening associated with the Nikhil Kamath brand. I was looking for someone with solid connections in the Indian media ecosystem and a knack for captivating content creation, to drive brand awareness across philanthropy, investments, and other initiatives. I invited “storytelling hustlers” to apply at https://t.co/9Jij3oxlG7. The post did not name the employing organization or specify compensation, location, seniority, an application deadline, or a hiring outcome.

On 2025-07-18 at 12:59 UTC, I captured an announcement seeking two senior hires: a Senior Data Scientist to turn data into smart insights and a Senior Researcher to dig deep into sectors and trends. The post provided two application links, https://t.co/VK6VCD9HS3 and https://t.co/wWsLHWX5Wy, but the capture does not identify the poster or recruiting organization, or give role requirements, locations, or deadlines.

I announced that WTF was seeking founding engineers for an ambitious project intended to shape the brand and platform, and hopefully create wider impact with and for the youth of India.

I was looking for 4–5 founding engineers to work directly with me and a handful of WTF’s best people. The role was full-time and on-site in Mumbai, framed as “Ground floor. High stakes. Real impact.”

- I sought builders who had taken products from 0 → 1 and scaled them, with strong fundamentals and care for end-user experience. I wanted people comfortable trading off scale, cost, and latency; able to work across frontend, backend, ML, and infrastructure; and curious enough to tinker, break, hack, and rebuild. Exploring with LLMs, Cursor, or other AI-first tools was a plus.

I invited applicants to share GitHub repositories, side projects, experiments, and “crazy hacks” that showed their curiosity. They could email HR@allthingswtf.com or send a GitHub link and profile; WTF said it would reach out if there was a potential fit. The post did not disclose the project’s specific product or report any hiring outcome.

On 2023-01-25, I shared a hiring announcement for @TrueBeaconIN and #GruhasProptech, seeking people for various roles across departments. I invited wealth managers, analysts, marketers, traders, investment associates in VC, and people with prior Chief of Staff experience to apply at https://t.co/HwKQJ9b07n. The post did not specify responsibilities, qualifications, location, deadline, or hiring outcome.
