On 2026-08-09 at 14:22 UTC I replied to @Nehakathare, tagging @tinytechfox: "Already building, it will be live soon this month!" This note records a sprint decision to push forward with the product build to meet a near‑term launch window.

I posted a quiet MVP status on 2026‑10‑23, highlighting progress on phases A/1 and B/1.

> Phase A/1 is nearing completion

Week 2 of the MVP build was all about incremental decisions and daily public updates. I kept the focus on consistent progress rather than big releases.

mvp_week.number = 2

On Day 1 of building the MVP I narrated the process out loud, without sugarcoating, making clear this is not a demo or a highlight reel but the actual process with mistakes included.

Day 1 of building our MVP, out loud, no sugarcoating.

Not a highlight reel.
