# Ai Crm Hcp

I built the AI‑First CRM HCP module on my GitHub (@Nandini15‑hash) to help pharmaceutical sales reps manage Healthcare Professional interactions with an AI chat assistant and full CRUD capabilities.

- Tech stack includes React for the frontend and FastAPI for the backend.
- Key features are AI Chat Assistant (Groq + LangGraph), Log HCP Interaction, Edit Interaction, Search HCP, Follow‑up Reminder, Visit Summary, Dashboard Analytics, Interaction History, CRUD Operations, and SQLite Database.
- I chose Groq LLM (Llama 3.3 70B Versatile) as the language model for the AI assistant.
- Tool classification is handled separately from tool execution via LangGraph.
- Data is stored locally in SQLite with SQLAlchemy providing the ORM layer.

The prototype is fully functional as of 2026‑09; AI chat works after setting a valid GROQ_API_KEY, while the rest of the app runs without it.
