# Personal Design Routine

I spend most of my days designing things, offering direction to friends when they ask, and carving out quiet time at 3 am for the next big idea. I keep a turtle as my spirit animal to remind myself to stay slow and steady, and I recharge with long walks while urging my younger self to read more.

My spirit animal is the turtle, because I'm slow and steady.

At 3am I'm usually thinking about the next big idea.

I run on long walks.

My advice to my younger self: read more.
