# Genesis Repo Layout

I organized the GENESIS AI repository into four main top‑level directories—`backend/`, `data/`, `src/`, and `docs/`—plus supporting Dockerfiles and a `docker-compose.yml` that together define the full stack.

- Backend tests: 159 passing automated pytest cases covering the chatbot benchmark, cybersecurity Q&A suite, autonomous investigations, SSE streaming, cryptographic audit chaining, and adversarial defenses.
- Tool registry: 14 cybersecurity tools are declared in `backend/app/services/chat_tools.py`.
- Knowledge engine: 40 distinct technical domains are indexed by the CyberKnowledgeEngine service.
- Production stack: 5 Docker containers are defined in `docker-compose.yml` (PostgreSQL 16, Redis 7, FastAPI backend, async worker, Nginx‑served React frontend).
