I organized the GENESIS AI repository into four main top‑level directories—backend/, data/, src/, and docs/—plus supporting Dockerfiles and a docker-compose.yml that together define the full stack.
- Backend tests: 159 passing automated pytest cases covering the chatbot benchmark, cybersecurity Q&A suite, autonomous investigations, SSE streaming, cryptographic audit chaining, and adversarial defenses.
- Tool registry: 14 cybersecurity tools are declared in
backend/app/services/chat_tools.py. - Knowledge engine: 40 distinct technical domains are indexed by the CyberKnowledgeEngine service.
- Production stack: 5 Docker containers are defined in
docker-compose.yml(PostgreSQL 16, Redis 7, FastAPI backend, async worker, Nginx‑served React frontend).
The layout mirrors the decisions documented in genesis repo overview and supports the services described in cyber knowledge engine and the SSE endpoint from security copilot sse.
