Political Crackdown Timeline

From x.com/mannveeeer

I argued that public outrage is only noticed when it targets individuals challenging the government, while issues like paper leaks, unemployment, or farmer concerns rarely spark the same level of attention. I also described @RShivshankar as “not a journalist but a PR desk with a mic.”

I recorded a brief timeline of a political crackdown on 2026‑10‑11. The leader Pradhan held office for a short five‑week tenure, during which authorities detained 7,000 people on a Saturday and by the following Sunday morning had “still lost”. I also noted that Gyanesh Kumar’s resignation is treated as a foregone conclusion – “it’s a date”.

Pradhan’s term lasted 5 weeks.

They detained 7,000 people on Saturday and still lost by Sunday morning.

I also noted that corporate pollution does not rebut a demand for money to stop polluting; adding companies into the argument does not make it any less unreasonable.

Gyanesh Kumar's resignation isn't an if, it's a date.
