Through open‑ended questions like “What makes you think that?” and “What would happen if you stopped trying to fix it and just understood it?” I moved from an action‑focused mindset to deeper self‑reflection, feeling grateful for the growth.
Three years post‑MBA, and it still feels like yesterday. I returned virtually to Cranfield School of Management to mentor current students, wishing I could have been there in the classroom.
Decision to participate as a mentor: I wanted to give back by providing answers I once desperately needed.
Decision to use a virtual format: logistics required a remote session, but I expressed a preference for future in‑person attendance.
