# Mailmind Gcp Setup

I set up the Google Cloud Platform services needed for the MailMind backend, enabled the Gmail API, and configured the OAuth consent screen as an External application.

The OAuth consent screen includes the scopes `openid,profile,email,https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly`.

MySQL connection URL is `jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/mailmind_db?useSSL=false&serverTimezone=UTC&allowPublicKeyRetrieval=true`.

The backend runs locally at `http://localhost:8080`.

I use the Maven Wrapper (`./mvnw spring-boot:run` on macOS/Linux or `.\mvnw spring-boot:run` on Windows) to build and start the service.
