I set up the Google Cloud Platform services needed for the MailMind backend, enabled the Gmail API, and configured the OAuth consent screen as an External application.
The OAuth consent screen includes the scopes openid,profile,email,https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly.
MySQL connection URL is jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/mailmind_db?useSSL=false&serverTimezone=UTC&allowPublicKeyRetrieval=true.
The backend runs locally at http://localhost:8080.
I use the Maven Wrapper (./mvnw spring-boot:run on macOS/Linux or .\mvnw spring-boot:run on Windows) to build and start the service.
