Ai Services Model

From x.com/heypartharora

I offered to partner on a website and brand‑book redesign for @Khushiimehtaa5, sharing a portfolio as evidence. ^quote6

Later that day (2026-10-14 19:14 UTC) I confirmed we are setting everything up for the partner account and hope it goes well.

I considered two strategic approaches for an AI services company: building custom software with AI to cut development time and cost, or automating repetitive processes to increase output with fewer people.

Decision: Locate the AI Services entity in India to leverage low marginal production cost and talent while serving U.S. MSMEs.

Decision: Target US MSMEs as the market for the AI Services company.

Decision: Pursue a dual‑strategy of building AI‑enhanced software solutions and automating repetitive processes for clients.

i'm very bearish on those because of how well agents are writing software now

You make software solutions that these companies want with AI in fraction of TAT and cost perhaps.

You automate the repetitive processes, or manual overhead operations those can be automated with the promise of increasing efficiency (function of more output with lesser people) and hence lesser fixed costs for the company you’re implementing it for.

I positioned a service that offers end‑to‑end product, UI/UX, development, and engineering for young, early‑age startups, presenting the team as founding engineers and a CTO to act as a true founding partner.

You don’t, you come to us to build world‑class products in fraction of timeline with saved costs over the year.

We work with young and early‑age startups as a team of founding engineers and CTO, handle everything from Product to UI/UX to Development and Engineering.
