# Self Assessment

I recently wrote a self‑assessment to clarify my professional strengths and the areas where I want to improve.

I consider Curiosity a core strength: I enjoy exploring new ideas, technologies and perspectives.

I consider Persistence a core strength: I don't like leaving things half-understood.

I consider Adaptability a core strength: I am open to learning new things and adjusting when situations or requirements change.

I consider Problem‑solving a core strength: I prefer breaking complex problems into smaller, manageable parts instead of getting overwhelmed by the entire problem.

I consider Ownership a core strength: I believe in taking responsibility for the work I commit to and trying to understand the bigger picture.

I consider Openness to feedback a core strength: I value constructive criticism because it can help me recognise gaps and improve.

I decide to focus on Prioritisation because Prioritisation Sometimes exploring multiple ideas can divide my attention.

I decide to curb Over‑thinking because Overthinking I sometimes spend too much time analysing different possibilities.

I decide to build Consistency by establishing a steady routine rather than relying on bursts of motivation.

I decide to improve Communication because Communication: I want to become better at expressing my thoughts clearly, especially when explaining complex ideas or presenting my work.

I decide to learn when to move forward because Knowing when to move forward: I enjoy understanding things deeply, but I am also learning when something is good enough to move to the next stage.
