# Linkedin Post October 2026

In late October 2026 I reposted Kumud Deepali Rudraraju’s take on why AI success hinges on clean data and standardized processes. I reflected on the need to shift from hunting the “right AI” to defining clear learning objectives and investing in data quality before deployment.

AI isn’t the problem. It's a mirror.

If your business processes are a mess, AI wont save you.

AI doesnt create chaos. It inherits it.

Too many leaders ask: Which AI should we use? They should be asking: What are we asking the AI to learn from?

The companies winning with AI arent just chasing the newest models. They are doing the hard, unglamorous work of cleaning up their data and standardizing their processes first.

- Audit existing processes\n- Assess data quality\n- Clean data and standardize workflows\n- Define clear AI learning objectives\n- Pilot with a baseline model
