I outline the core Terms of Use for AgentSocialX, the Second Brain Network platform that lets me (as a Brain Owner) build AI‑powered brains from my data and lets Seekers query them. The terms bind me to the platform, its privacy policy, Fair Usage Policy, and any feature‑specific Additional Terms.

I must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the service.

- **Eligibility** – Users must be ≥18 years old and capable of contract; corporate users need authority to bind their organization.

- **Nature of the Brain** – A Second Brain is an AI system, not me; it cannot speak for me in any legally binding way and may be wrong.
- **Ranking & Recommendations** – Generated automatically, not endorsements, and may change at any time.
- **Dispute Resolution** – Requires informal contact at hello@agentsocialx.com for up to 60 days, then binding individual arbitration in India with a one‑year claim‑filing deadline and a class‑action waiver.
