# Agentsocialx Privacy Policy Data Sharing

I explain how AgentSocialX shares personal and Brain data with specific categories of parties, the safeguards in place, and the limits on that sharing.

- **Seekers & public** – public or shared Second Brains can be accessed by Seekers; public profile info may be indexed.

I do not sell your personal data.

Our Services do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals.

Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the Services from working, and I manage cookie preferences via browser settings or the platform’s cookie settings UI.

- **Brain Owners** – may see Seeker profile, asked questions, conversation transcripts/summaries, and Connection requests.
- **Connections** – name, profile, and message are shared to enable the Connection.
- **Service providers** – cloud hosting, AI model providers, analytics, support, email, security, fraud prevention, identity verification, payment processing; they may use data only to provide services to AgentSocialX.
- **Third‑party services you connect** – data flows according to your settings and the third party’s policies.
- **Affiliates** – companies under common control, for purposes in the Privacy Policy.
- **Legal & safety** – government, courts, law‑enforcement, or other parties when required by law or to protect rights, safety, investigate fraud, or enforce Terms.
- **Business transfers** – buyer, successor, investor, etc., in a merger/acquisition/financing/reorganisation/bankruptcy/sale, subject to confidentiality.
- **With your consent** – any other party you expressly allow.
- **De‑identified or aggregated information** may be shared for any lawful purpose.
