- any public data you connect was lawfully published by you or about you, and your use of it on the Platform does not breach the terms of the platform where it was published;
- any exports, chats or research you bring from third-party AI tools (including Claude and ChatGPT) are yours to use, and importing them complies with the terms of those tools;
- the Brain Content does not include personal data, confidential information or trade secrets belonging to anyone else (including your employer, clients, portfolio companies or counterparties) unless you have the legal right and any required consent to share it;
- the Brain Content does not infringe any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual or other right of any person, and does not breach any law, court order or confidentiality obligation;
- we may display a verification badge where we have carried out a check, but a badge is not a guarantee of identity, credentials or conduct.
I can choose the visibility of my Second Brain—private, shared, or public—and when public or shared, Seekers may query it and receive outputs derived from my material. The platform may badge verified Brains, impose response limits, or remove Brains that violate the Terms.
