I reflect on what I value in collaboration and how different interaction styles affect my engagement.
I find collaboration most stimulating when we match different patterns that are logical and sound.
I find it least stimulating when others' thought patterns clearly show that they are pursuing a different agenda to push their own thoughts, rather than being objective, or when they take the easy road and agree with everything without providing personal input, even if that input is similar to mine.
