“Such a pain in the ass to do” → “I found my moat.”🚀
I’m a founder‑in‑residence focused on AI and procurement, based in Gurgaon, India, and I participate in the Residency community in Bangalore to sharpen my GTM strategy, find moats in painful problems, and improve my fundraising narrative.
I have made 16 posts on X about building AI & procurement and the Residency program.
I treat a painful problem as a potential moat: “Such a pain in the ass to do” → “I found my moat.”
I remind myself that if cracking a problem feels insanely painful, I shouldn’t always see it as a blocker – it might actually be the moat.
Deep‑tech founders often ask the wrong fundraising question – “how much should i raise?” – and I shift the framing to “what’s the next milestone, and what’s the cheapest way to achieve it?”.
The Residency’s fully funded founders track is in chapter 9 / f26.
I hosted office hours with a colleague at @residencyBLR to discuss sales, GTM, and procurement challenges.
During a demo hour at @residencyBLR, investors instantly understood the problem when I described it.
I attended a storytelling workshop at @spc_india and delivered a 2–3 min pitch to the community for rapid feedback.
