Pre Seed Vc Questions

From my notes

I summarized the core six questions that VCs typically ask in a pre‑seed fundraising conversation and organized them into a logical pitch‑deck narrative.

Why are you the right person/team to build this?

What problem are you solving, and for whom?

How big can this become? What is the potential scale?

Why now? What has changed to make this opportunity possible today?

What evidence do you have that people actually want it?

Why will you win? What is your long‑term competitive advantage or defensibility?

For a pre‑seed pitch deck, I arrange the narrative as: Problem → Why Now → Solution → Market → Validation → Founder & Advantage.
