# Personal Routine And Mindset

I describe my daily rhythm, core motivations, and the symbols that shape how I lead and create. I run a company, inject humor into my friends' lives, spark ideas at 3 am, and draw leadership energy from good people, all while identifying with the lion as my spirit animal.

Most of my days go into running a company.

Friends call me when they need a good laugh.

At 3am I'm usually thinking about the next big idea.

My spirit animal is the lion, because I lead.

I run on good people.

My advice to my younger self: start sooner.
