# Ecommerce Startup Six Month Plan

I mapped out a six‑month action plan for a brand‑new e‑commerce startup, focusing on the fundamentals that separate thriving stores from those that stall.

I decided to prioritize product‑market fit in month 1‑2 so the brand has a genuine reason for customers to choose it over competitors.

I chose to invest heavily in trust and the overall customer experience, covering product quality, pricing, fulfilment, delivery, returns and support.

I set the goal of acquiring the first 100‑500 customers within six months, then use their feedback to understand why they bought, what they loved, and why they would return.

I will run acquisition experiments, segment customers into cohorts, and track CAC, AOV, contribution margin and repeat rate to build a repeatable, profitable growth model.

The plan deliberately avoids early‑stage GMV‑driven scaling; instead it leans on solid unit economics and a deep understanding of the customer journey.
