I decided to design AgentSocialX as a network that captures individual behavioural signals because my experience as a customer‑behaviour champion at Myntra and Flipkart taught me that scaling personalized understanding is the key to growth.

My primary activation metric for new Brain Owners is Daily meaningful interactions per new Brain Owner — interactions that actually enrich the brain and improve how well it understands its owner.

I advise new Brain Owners to treat their second brain like a newborn baby: feed it, nurture it, and interact with it every day, because activation is a relationship‑building process rather than a one‑off onboarding step.
