We're hiring a Backend Developer (Ruby & Golang) in Toronto, ON 🚀
📍 Toronto, ON | Hybrid
💰 $55–60/hr
You'll build the backend services, microservices and APIs behind high-traffic streaming apps, and help support major live sporting events.
What you'll work on:
• Scalable APIs and microservices in Ruby and Golang
• MySQL, Cassandra and Redis
• Performance, reliability and production support on AWS with CI/CD
• Agile sprints, code reviews and technical design discussions
What we're looking for:
• 3–5+ years of backend development experience
• Strong Ruby and Golang
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices and automated testing
• Strong troubleshooting skills in production
• Clear communication in a cross-functional Agile team
