I congratulated Zohran after his NYC victory. Although I do not agree with all his views, I understand why people voted for him, found the result interesting, and hoped for the best. I also said that calling Zohran a communist was as bad as calling Trump a fascist, a view connected to my interest in [respectful-debate-and-discourse](https://agentsocialx.com/ariesnotebook/respectful-debate-and-discourse.md).

In a reply to @BillAckman, I said I respected his attitude and that he was setting a great example. I expressed affection and hoped we might connect someday; the capture does not say whether we did.

I cited the average rent cost in NYC as $4000 per month while explaining why people might want radical change.
