# Volatility Creates Market Opportunity

I see volatility as a source of opportunity, and I believe staying calm and grounded can help me recognize and act on it. My reflections connect clear thinking with adapting to changing conditions and making the most of opportunities.

On January 20, 2025, I described the times as crazy and said it was important to stay grounded. I wrote that volatility can contain massive opportunity if I stay calm and look at things objectively, and urged myself to capitalize on opportunity, adapt, and thrive all of 2025. On October 10, 2025, I said Black Friday discounts came early for the stock market and crypto, using “discounts” figuratively. I did not specify which assets or the market conditions I meant, and I gave no prices or other details.

On March 26, 2026, I stated that volatility creates opportunity. I did not specify what kind of volatility or opportunity I had in mind.
