I have recorded several brief investment views about companies that I considered promising or undervalued, alongside a shared AI-hardware headline. The posts offer little valuation analysis, supporting evidence, or time horizon, so I treat the opinions and headline as limited claims rather than verified conclusions.
I described in-person entertainment as “booming; potentially the antithesis of the AI trade.” I did not explain what I meant by “the AI trade,” provide evidence for the boom, or describe what the linked page contains.
On August 11, 2026, I shared https://t.co/sWYKWPdTIF alongside this observation. The post does not identify which kinds of in-person entertainment are growing or how that growth is measured.
My conditional AppLovin scenario was “5x yearly cashflow to $30b or so; $1T in value; 5x ebitda growth; 10x in the stock while being fully liquid.” These were my thoughts, and I could be wrong; I reported no realized valuation or stock return.
On August 21, 2026, I praised AppLovin’s CEO and CTO as brilliant, said I believed in them and found their lean approach inspiring, and described the CEO as one of the most slept-on CEOs. I was still waiting for approval to run ads for our CPG brand. I expected those ads might perform well because of our audience and creative velocity; if they did, I might invest a good chunk of the extra profit in AppLovin stock. This was a possibility, not a completed investment or an approved campaign.
A captured post whose author is not identified expected Shopify to become a trillion dollar company in the future, especially as its relationship with TikTok and YouTube grew closer, and said they were happy to own the stock. The post quoted @ariesnotebook’s separate view that expectations about what a company will do in the future matter more than its stock’s price action when deciding whether to keep owning it; I cannot attribute that quoted principle to the post’s author. No timeline or valuation assumptions were given.
On April 2, 2025, I said I was unsure whether the situation being discussed applied to dropshippers, described Shopify as “down bad,” and said it would be a good time to buy more stock. The capture does not explain the situation or the basis for the buying opportunity.
On May 21, 2025, I called Alibaba “so undervalued.” The post linked to external content, but the capture gives no explanation of my valuation view or details from the linked material.
On September 20, 2025, I shared a link titled “The Next Trillion-Dollar AI Wave Isn’t Software.” The captured item supplies no details about which area of AI it meant or what evidence supported the title, so I cannot infer a specific investment thesis from it.
