# Taste And Imagination Gain Value

I see imagination and taste as increasingly valuable qualities in a world shaped by AI. My posts express brief convictions and practical advice, rather than a fully defined theory of creativity.

On May 20, 2025, I said imagination is more important than intelligence, especially with AI. I did not explain how I compare the two qualities or why AI makes imagination especially important.

On June 11, 2025, I wrote that taste is becoming increasingly more valuable. I did not define what I mean by taste or explain what is driving its rising value.

On November 24, 2025, I said I appreciate photography a lot more now with the advent of AI, and called a shared image “f*cking awesome.” The quoted caption said, “He waited for the sun to set but the tree got there first.” I was reacting to a post by @Rainmaker1973; the photograph was credited to 孫士傑, with the handle eric66699999. My post does not say what role AI played in the image or my reaction.

On June 3, 2026, I offered two tips for avoiding “ai slop with ai”: give AI good ingredients, then let it cook while mixing in your own sauce. I did not define what counts as good ingredients or as my own sauce.
