# Surrounding Yourself With Ambitious People

I believe the people I spend time with shape my development, and that choosing smart, talented peers is one of the best life hacks. I also see building a strong team as worthwhile, even when it takes a long time. On November 5, 2024, I recommended surrounding myself with smart people, calling it one of the best life hacks. I did not define what makes someone smart or explain how to find those people.

I warned that constantly spending time with people who do not bring out the best in me is bad news, but emphasized that I am not trapped in my current circle: every day is an opportunity to meet new people, including online. I did not specify how to identify those who bring out my best or how to meet them.
