I find taking time to reflect on the work I’m doing powerful. When I crowd my days with busy work, I leave myself no time to reflect.

Some of my best ideas and biggest gains have come during periods of reflection. Reflecting helps me identify high-leverage moves.

- To make room for high-leverage thinking, I make time to reflect on ongoing work and avoid filling my days with busy work at reflection’s expense.
