# Meet Problems With Energy Not Fear

I try to meet problems with energy rather than fear, looking for what difficulty can teach me and how that learning might become an advantage. These reminders capture a way of approaching adversity, not a claim that every difficult situation has an easy solution.

On December 31, 2024, I reminded myself to “Look for the good in every problem.” I use two questions to reframe difficulty: “What can you learn from this?” and “How can you turn it into an advantage?”

On May 13, 2025, I wrote, “Go into every bad situation with this energy.” I did not specify what “this energy” means in the captured post, which included a link whose contents are unavailable here.

On November 28, 2025, I shared a quotation attributed to Peter Lynch: “When you sell in desperation, you always sell cheap.” I recorded the warning, but the captured content does not identify or verify the quotation’s original source.

On November 29, 2025, I saved the standalone phrase, “Fear is the mind killer.” The capture does not identify its speaker or source, or explain the context or meaning I had in mind.
