Creator Economy Pays Off

From x.com/ariesnotebook

I see creator skills and creator-economy opportunities as valuable because good work can carry across platforms, while creator formats and earnings examples show how large the upside can be. These notes record my views and the claims I shared, distinguishing my own statements from quoted claims by others.

On January 11, 2025, I argued that building high-value skills is worthwhile amid the possibility of TikTok being banned. I said that making good affiliate content is a skill that transfers to every single social media platform, emphasizing, “Literally all of them,” and reassured good creators not to worry.

On October 16, 2025, I described Charlie’s long-running YouTube format: talking to camera at his computer desk for years with hardly any editing, while making $35M+ from YouTube ad revenue. I said Charlie had been a big inspiration for my channel for a long time. Separately, a post by @scubaryan_ attributed to MoistCr1TiKaL a claim of $34,000,000+ earned off YouTube throughout his career and said he had turned off donations because taking money from 9-5 workers “didn’t feel right.” Those quoted claims are @scubaryan_’s, and the post does not explain how the $35M+ and $34,000,000+ figures relate.

On November 17, 2025, I shared a post by @whop that paired “Always bet on yourself” with a claim that $2,000,000,000 had been earned on Whop. That earnings claim and slogan belonged to @whop; I added no comment or independent endorsement.
