On January 25, 2025, I observed that improving business tools make things easier, but also increase competition and make things harder: “Tools for business are getting better, things are getting easier, which makes it more competitive, which makes things harder.” I did not specify which tools, what becomes more competitive, or who faces greater difficulty.
