# Aster Use Cases Beyond Perps

I have asked about Aster’s possible scale and uses, commented on crypto business profitability, and expressed interest in accepting Aster on my Shopify stores. These posts record questions and opinions, not proof that a valuation target will be reached, that a partnership exists, or that Shopify acceptance was implemented.

On September 27, 2025, I asked how an unspecified “it” could get to $200b, without identifying what I meant or offering a forecast or supporting evidence.

I said, “I believe USD1 has some sort of partnership with Aster.” I also described Aster as the latest perp DEX and said it was making fee records after just a week and a half of launching; I provided no fee figures or evidence, and left the partnership’s form uncertain. On November 6, 2025, I asked whether I could be the Chief Commerce officer; no appointment reported. I wanted to be able to accept Aster on my Shopify stores. I did not say that Aster was already accepted there.

On February 14, 2026, I said I was an Aster holder and asked what makes them think they will use Aster for it; curious about their take. I did not state my own prediction or identify who “they” were or what “it” referred to.
