The agent’s purpose is to answer pricing/feature questions, detect buying intent, collect name, email, and platform, and simulate lead capture.
I chose a local knowledge base and simple keyword‑based intent detection to keep the demo lightweight and offline‑friendly.
A sample interaction shows the bot greeting, presenting the Basic Plan, detecting interest in the Pro plan, prompting for details, and finally printing “Lead captured successfully…”.
Open questions include scaling intent detection, integrating a real lead‑capture backend, externalizing the knowledge base, and adding validation for email and platform inputs.
