MedMitra AI raised Rs 3 crore in a round led by All In Capital & WEH Ventures.

I backed NPrep, an AI‑driven nurse training platform tackling India’s massive nursing shortage and quality crisis.

Nurses spend 10 times more time with patients than doctors.

India needs 15 million nurses but currently has only 3.5 million.

NPrep was founded in 2024 by three AIIMS Jodhpur doctors – Prince Kaushik, Dr Utkarsh Paliwal, Dr Gourav Khurana – and AI/ML expert Shrey Gupta.

The product delivers 1,300+ hours of adaptive training, clinical simulations, AI‑driven assessments, and placement support.

Active users grew from 10,000 to 40,000 within six months of launch.

I announced a small contribution to India’s brain drain problem by backing Tross, a startup that builds the data and API layer allowing AI agents to work with legacy healthcare software and make hospitals more efficient.

The founders are Padam Kataria and Meet Shah.

All In Capital selected Tross because the team shows “Insane customer hustle + exceptional founder chemistry.”

Before their first round Padam and Meet travelled to the US, met customers, generated traction and validated that the problem was real.
