On 2026-10-07 I replied to @kmr_dilip saying, "When I'm in Bangalore, I would love to join," indicating my conditional willingness to attend a Founder Games Night or similar founder‑focused gathering in Bangalore if I am in the city.

Attendance: 100+ founders showed up.

The vibe was amazing.

Karan Kumar from Google could totally do a side job as a quiz master – he was that good.

The Gurgaon edition of Founder Games Night featured an ‘energy‑insane’ vibe, with Karan Kumar praised as the best MC in the ecosystem.

I wore a ‘Don’t Panic’ t‑shirt from a Mexican market, sparking a fun Hitchhiker’s Guide reference that added to the informal, human‑first atmosphere.

The event keeps the informal “games‑first” format to let founders meet their people without the pressure of pitch decks, echoing the success of earlier Bangalore and Gurgaon editions.

No pressure, just games, food, and honest conversations.

In an ecosystem that celebrates “networking,” most of us just want to find our people.

I run the Founders Game Night, an informal gathering for Indian startup founders that emphasizes games, laughter, and real conversation over pitches. We have already reached over 400 founders and aim to hit 1,000 within a year by rotating to new cities based on community votes.

- Total founders attended to date: more than 400

Supporters Karan Kumar, WEH Ventures, and Google Cloud sponsor the events, and I invite the community to suggest the next city in the comments.

- Latest Hyderabad edition attendance: 100+ founders
- One founder traveled 620 km to attend
