every Thursday from 745-845am at Lodhi garden 1 hour running session with founders opening 3 slots total 1 every Thursday for next three weeks

The event took place on April 12th 2026 in Bangalore.

It was hosted by All In Motion with BHAG CLUB.

Participants were asked to show up by the lake and run or walk 3k.

Completing the 3k unlocked ice baths, sauna, smoothies, coffee, and carbs.

The real networking location was only revealed after participants finished the 3k.

Designing the incentive and hiding the networking spot kept founders fully engaged and motivated to complete the physical challenge.

Registrations reached 400 while the capped attendance was 150, and all 150 spots were filled.

Founders reported the run as the best skill unlock they have ever experienced and many took an ice‑bath for the first time voluntarily.

I advise every founder to take 1 hour out for themselves each day; the remaining 23 hours compound faster.

It is happening on the 23rd of August in Delhi, and All In Capital is joining in.

You run, row, and cycle across stations, and between every leg there's a floor exercise waiting: push-ups, sit-ups, mountain climbers, burpees.

One person grinds through a station while the other hits the transition zone, then you swap.
