I typed “founder” in the LinkedIn search bar, added the BITS filter and got an unexpected 3400 search results.

Adding the Bangalore filter left me with 716 results.

The panel titled “BITSians Building from Bangalore” will be on 31st July, co‑organized by All In Capital and Blume Ventures, featuring five BITS alumni founders and two hosts.

On 2024-07-01 I announced a curated event in Bangalore for founders of top‑performing Indian consumer apps, aiming to share lessons on “Building Consumer Tech for India”.

what topics were covered in my first podcast episode

I announced an exclusive masterclass on starting up and raising funds for student entrepreneurs in India, collaborating with Global Student Entrepreneur Awards (GSEA) to add credibility and a cash prize of INR 80,00,000 plus a paid trip abroad. On 2025-08-18 I attended a talk at the Manekshaw Centre, hosted by All In Capital, where Vipul Shinghal, Deputy Chief of Integrated Defence Staff, shared three Army‑style leadership lessons for startups: “2 Up, 2 Down” mentorship, deciding with 80 % of the knowledge you have, and using stories rather than salaries to motivate teams.

Roast Tank x Elevator Pitch will be held on 22 Nov 2025 in Gurgaon, featuring 8 founders pitching live before a panel of me, top comics, and a 90+ audience of investors, founders, and operators; the format is “Shark Tank meets stand‑up comedy”.

- Decision: I will both fund and roast founders to strip away pretense.
- Founder count: 8.
- Audience size: 90+.
- Panel includes top comics and myself.
- Goal: candid, unfiltered feedback and networking.

I posted a second public call on 18 Nov 2025 for the “group therapy” style roast of founders in Gurgaon on 22 Nov 2025, keeping the format completely unfiltered as requested by Shivansh Srivastava.

Second call for the group therapy.

Gurgaon. 22nd Nov.

I recorded a candid podcast with Sanskar Goyal where we broke down how to structure a pitch, what investors care about (and don’t), the 6‑step process to close a round, and best practices from both sides of the table.

I never imagined that journey would lead me here: judging a startup show alongside people like **Suniel Shetty** and other incredible leaders.

I said this is either the best or worst decision of my year.

Last time I was at Roast Tank™, I clocked 5 out of 100 lines.

This time the target is 10 (Growth mindset).

Officially announcing I am part of Roast Tank alongside Jivraj Singh Sachar, Rajat Chauhan, Shivansh Srivastava and Rakesh Addlakha.

Five people on stage roasting and evaluating startups with no filter.

Founders, do come and pitch.

I announced that the Bangalore fun‑first startup event has been moved to a new date, giving founders more time to grab a seat.

The registration link for the event is https://lnkd.in/g_FYJKrP.

I announced the Roast Tank showcase, a low‑pressure event where startups can display their product, gain visibility, and have fun without needing a perfect pitch deck.

- Application link: https://luma.com/2w7tvloj.
- The event promises exposure (“get some eyeballs”) and a fun atmosphere.

I recorded a 2.5‑hour podcast episode with Saurabh Agrawal on Dil Se Omni Talks, aimed at founders, where I unpacked my pre‑seed investing philosophy, networking playbook, and the power of content creation for deal flow.

Episode length: 2.5 hours.

Show: Dil Se Omni Talks.

Guest: Saurabh Agrawal.

Founder evaluation criteria: clarity of thought, depth of market knowledge, ability to get other people to believe in what they’re building.

Networking mantra: reach out, be useful, follow up without chasing, get comfortable hearing no.

The mother‑son thekua brand is profitable since day one.

Core takeaway: increase the surface area for opportunities by building relationships, putting out content, and consistently showing up.

I think I just recorded my best podcast yet, and if you're a founder, these 2.5 hours are a goldmine.

Link to the full episode: https://lnkd.in/gKyvzfmN.

Event location: Bangalore.

Format: founders pitch and are roasted by the panel instead of a traditional investor grill.

Panel members: Shivansh, Anmol, Nishant, Nitin; backed by Master Chow.

Remaining founder slots: 2.
