I decided to prioritize funding and policy support for Indian tactical‑drone startups to reduce reliance on $30B+ foreign‑tech capacity.

The global tactical‑drone sector already hosts companies collectively valued at $30B+.

India just doubled down with massive government support, a ₹10,000 cr Deep Tech Fund of Funds aimed at frontier technologies like AI, semiconductors, robotics and more and a second tranche already committed to push deep innovation outcomes.

That kind of policy + capital alignment doesn’t come often.

Globally, AI is grabbing the largest share of VC capital and India is now on the map, with major players like Anthropic planning India offices.
